News On ECat Robotized Factory

While most of the latest news on Rossi’s ECats are connected to the contract with the University of Bologna and made a big fuss all over the internet, a couple ECat development related news were left in the shadows.

On Jan. 21st, Andrea Rossi shared more details about his planned automated factory that’s more than necessary if he wants to achieve his 1 million home ECat units goal for this year.

Dear P.G. Sharrow:
Within a couple of weeks we will have precise schedulings regarding the construction of the robotized factory, and the timing, so that I will be able to communicate the time terms within which we will able to start the deliveries, as soon as possible. We will work very hard on this.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

While this might not seem much, good timing and reaching milestones are two highly important factors in having a product available on the market. January is almost over and it was about time to get a better grasp of what’s happening on the ECat industrial development front.

Making even more assumptions on the ECat core is no longer enough. It’s very likely that Andrea Rossi will keep this secret (understandably, considering the commercial implications) until official international patent approval and ECat market release. Theories about skeptics and believers, about the need for energy solutions, about cheap new energies and cold fusion and LENR appear every day, so debating over this over and over again becomes a little bit moot.

It’s quite obvious that the global interest in ECats is exceeding every expectation, so ’precise schedulings’ and clear timeframes towards setting the robotized factory on its feet and ready to deliver home units is what people want to see. People want to see things are moving in the right direction.

People want to see action and advancement towards a commercial product, so I don’t know about you, but Rossi’s statement that he will be able to “communicate the time terms within which we will able to start the deliveries, as soon as possible”  seems now more important than ever before.

  1. Will that timetable include allowing people to know the exact address of the factory and perhaps occasional peaks inside to prove that things really are progressing? Otherwise it will just be Rossi’s word. “Yes, we’ve begun setting up our factory” etc…

    • I don’t know what the timetable is going to look like, but I agree that people are constantly hunting for bits of ECat progress.

  2. When do we get the latest news of Sept 2012??
