Those who have been following the developments of cold fusion and the manufacturing of the first Rossi plants might be aware of a certain list the Italian inventor began middle of November of this year.
This list is a collection of names of interested private parties who would want to order an Ecat home unit. Rossi further explains the reasons behind creating this list or name collection.
“If we reach 10,000 names in the list, the persons on the waiting list have the right to confirm or not their order at 4000 Euro/Thermal Kw. “
Once the list reaches 10,000 names, Rossi explains further all the orders represented are to be accepted. In cooperation with Leonardo CORP, Rossi needs to make this number in order to proceed with the manufacturing of the domestic Ecat unit at 400 Euro/kW.
Talking about business prospects and profitability, we know that Rossi is not doing badly at all. He has sold 13 industrial Rossi plants at this point and is looking forward for more proposals to come in. So in this aspect the Rossi plant has already proven its worth on a demo scale and was so able to make their first sales.
In this whole research, demonstration, marketability and public relations related to the whole cold fusion scene, we often lose site of the big picture that is so much more important – that we, as a world collective need a new solution to harness and create energy.
