No LENR, No E-Cat Secrets to Be Revealed At Citi5

The LENR soap opera never runs out of drama. There is always something new happening every day that stirs people’s emotions and mind. For those who are looking forward to Dr. Brian Ahern’s lecture on LENR for the Flash Summit, it is time to get disappointed or confused – whatever suits you better.

The Next Big Future blog site reported that Dr. Ahern cancelled his scheduled presentation on the last minute. But Tom Baccei, who attended the Flash Summit in New York and was planning to report live report from Citi5 this year, called the Flash Summit organizer, Chris Houts, who, apparently, denied the validity of this info. What makes this mind-boggling, is the fact that there is no follow up report that would say otherwise.

Instead, various online reports drifted towards the direction of publicly posting Dr. Ahern’s slides which were meant to be used for his presentation. Accordingly, these slides outline Dr. Brian Ahern’s theories about LENR.

A couple of weeks ago, Dr. Ahern was quoted several times saying he discovered that LENR is actually a product of nanoscale magnetism. His theory could provide a scientific explanation for the internal workings of Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat reactor. It would have been convenient for Andrea Rossi in his drive to validate E-Cat technology, if Dr. Ahern did not cancel his lecture.

Posting his slides (opens pdf) on the internet will not have the same value and impact as having him present it live in front of physicists and other experts in the field of technology, but it’s still good thing that they became publicly available.

It is premature to conclude that all these strange events occurring in the past few days, including the hacking of the Citi5 blog site and cancellation of Dr. Ahern’s lecture, are all meant to discredit the E-Cat, but at the same time, it seems to be quite a convenient follow-up for all those against the technology.

An interesting opinion of all this episode is presented by the admin of the ecat site.
