The wondrous invention by Rossi and Focardi, made its debut on 14th of January, in Bologna. The cold fusion reactor or commonly known as Energy Catalyst was put to test in a private workshop, outside The University of Bologna.
The day, everyone was waiting for, finally arrived. The E-Cat prototype was put to test before the very eyes of many observers including physicists, engineers and professors. The data and documentation, collected fro m that experiment, are going to be handed over to experts and technicians who will give their expert opinion about this experiment.
In the mean time, this device is widely discussed over the websites, blogs and forums. This astonishing invention has, no doubt, divided the people into three basic fonts: On the left side are those who see a revolution is already at the gates of energy market and paradigms of physics. At the center are those who prefer not to take a position and are waiting for more information to end up saying, “I told you so”. On the right side are the critics who think this invention is nothing but a hoax which doesn’t even follow the physics laws.
Critics are comparing the Ni-H fusor, that Rossi and Focardi invented, with infamous tube, invented my Mirco Eusebi, because Mirco Eusebi never organized a reliable test for independent researchers just like engineer Rossi.
These critics also mentioned that Rossi was wrongly accused of being a crook and not content with being acquitted by the courts of all levels. Now he wants to prove the falsity of the charges that were laid on him then.
It is now well established that E-Cat does not generate energy through chemical processes. The truth of this will be proved by report that will arrive soon. Some journalists has completely misunderstood the statement which was said during the press conference following the experiment. We must be wary of the fact that it is a phenomenon of cold-fusion just like the one performed by Pons and Fleischman. If so, this will still not reduce the importance of the invention of Rossi, in fact, probably boost the scientific revolution that is beginning to glimpse.
