Recently, in the vicinity of the University of Bologna, Rossi and Focardi organized a technical test of the Ni-H reactor. The aim was to evaluate some experimental problems. This test was performed without steam and TD was purposely well below those which were achieved on 14th of January, last year.
During this test, 15kW products were run by the E-Cat continuously for 18 hours; Water flow rate was 11/s and hydrogen placed in the reactor was 0.4grams. Dr. Levi and other witnesses were present as observers.
Most probably, they are not going to provide an official report for this experiment, but an official report will be provided on the experiments that will soon be commenced in compliance with the Department of Physics.
