So, in this article we will take a closer look at their more discreet “cousin” over in the United States – Ampenergo. Their website, www.ampenergo.com , launched in January 2011 gives very little information about the company. So, what exactly, is Ampenergo?

Who are the founders?
The founders are Craig Cassarino, Robert Gentile, Richard Noceti and Karl Norwood.
What is known about the founders?
Craig Cassarino has spent decades focused on the sustainability of resources both in the states and in Brazil. He is the current vice president of Ampenergo and also a partner of Leonardo Technologies Incorporated (LTI).
Robert Gentile was Assistant Secretary of Energy for Fossil Energy during the Bush Sr. administration. I.e. he was the assistant head of the Office of Fossil Energy within the United States Department of Energy (DOE).
Richard Noceti holds a Ph.D. and has worked for DOE.
Karl Norwood is a real estate agent and founder and owner of NAI Norwood Group and Norwood Management Karl Noorwood Inc. Ampenergo’s address is located at a property owned by Mr. Norwood.
What is Ampenergo’s business model?
Ampenergo will receive part of the royalties on all sales of licenses and products built on the energy catalyzer in the Americas.
How was it possible for Ampenergo to obtain a license for the Americas?
An agreement is in place between Ampenergo and Rossi’s American company Leonardo Corporation (not to be confused with LTI). Mr. Rossi has been paid an undisclosed amount of many for this agreement. Ampenero is also currently looking for funding and are in discussions with major corporations both in the US and South America.
What will be Ampenergo’s key product focus in terms of sales?
It is not going to be home heating, at least not initially – they are looking at more industrial-sized energy production such as 1 MW catalyzers with off-grid and mobile features.
When will the first generation Ampenergo products hit the American market?
Late fall 2011, or early 2012.

What due diligence has been done on behalf of Ampenergo?
Several demonstrations of the E-Cat has been done in the US in private but under scrutiny of top-notch scientists that were fully aware of what was going on. Ampenergo also helped setting up these demonstrations.
