The Hot Cat’s Place in Russia

Hopes are high in many regions of Eastern Europe that Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat and Hot Cat will soon be available commercially. While both are now available for sale, manufacturing is still at the startup level. In addition, the technology is still a closely guarded secret and there are no power plants in operation that are open to public viewing.

Luca Salvarani recently asked Mr. Rossi about his plans to send E-Cats to Russia, the northern part of which is renowned for bitter winters. In these cases, the original domestic E-Cat would be a boon. Mr. Rossi himself called the E-Cat a water heater, to be used in heating small areas, rather than in industrial applications. The industrial E-Cat is supposed to do the same in a bigger application.

Salvarani also suggested that there might be problems with interference from the oil and gas industry, considering that this is major export and source of income for Russians. He also expressed concerns about protecting Mr. Rossi’s intellectual property.

“…there could also be problems for contract law enforcement and intellectual property, not to speak about vested interests because oil and gas export is very important for its economy…”

He also said:

“…it would really be a shame if your operations there will start only in some years…and by the way there are many countries with the very same problems and potentials such as much of eastern Europe…”

These vast areas of cold climates are foremost focus in Mr. Rossi’s mind as he’s always declared that he works to help mankind. He has said repeatedly that he hopes to benefit everyone with his technology. Since taking on a U.S. partner, he has continued to assure those following his work that his new partner is just as committed to the good of mankind as he is.

Mr. Rossi referred Salvarani  to the Russian Licensee for Leonardo Corp for information on acquiring E-Cats for his area.
